SECURE is currently recruiting for a Driver / Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Metals Recycling team located in Fort McMurray, AB. Prospective individuals will require Equipment Operating experience, preferably with excavator/material handlers and shears. This position would be well-suited to individuals with Forestry, Construction or Oilfield industry experience that want to be working closer to home and have a set schedule and hours of work. The successful candidate must adhere to our safety program and work as a contributing member of the site team. This role requires utilizing a Heavy-Duty Tandem Lugger Truck occasionally with a trailer.

SECURE is currently recruiting for an operator to join our Rail Emergency Response team located in Red Deer, Alberta. Prospective individuals will require Equipment Operating experience, preferably with excavator/material handlers and shears. This position is not a camp position and requires the candidate to be local to the Red Deer, Alberta area. This role requires on-call availability, extended working hours, and flexibility to be away for two weeks at a time occasionally. This position must adhere to our safety program and work as a contributing member of the team.

Therefore, the Facility Operator will play a crucial role in assisting with the decontamination and disposal of NORM waste. Supporting SECURE's Fox Creek and Judy Creek facilities, the Facility Administrator is required to be proficient in ticket entry and must also provide internal and external customer service while answering the phones and greeting customers. The Facility Administrator will have a general knowledge of the paperwork flow of the facility and will be able to direct inquiries and problems that arise. The Facility Administrator will be required to complete tasks as delegated by Facility Manager or Lead Facility Administrator.

The Landfill Operator position is responsible for all operations at the landfill including scale operation, heavy equipment operation, truck ticketing system, landfill and building maintenance, and sampling. The individual in this role will be in constant contact with customers and therefore, must demonstrate excellent communications skills and a high level of customer service. As this is a safety-sensitive role and due to the nature of working conditions, the successful candidate is required to be mentally and physically fit to successfully perform the tasks and responsibilities of this role.
