The Operations Supervisor plays an integral role in leading the safe and effective day-to-day operations of the Facility. The Operations Supervisor is a people leader who sets the culture and is responsible for leading the operators in a healthy, safe, and environmentally responsible manner that is aligned with the corporate vision, mission, and values. The Operations Supervisor has strong technical knowledge of the Facility and is responsible for the oversight of training, supervising, and coaching the Operators at site. The Operations Supervisor monitors the overall daily effectiveness of the Facility and ensures compliance with company procedures and practices. The Operations Supervisor maintains strong communication with the Area Manager to ensure alignment, operational excellence, and that critical information is being cascaded.
This position is located south of Grande Prairie, AB.

The role of Operations Supervisor is structured as a full-time position, working 5 days a week, 40 hours.
