SECURE is seeking a People & Culture Co-op Student to support both our Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering teams. This role offers broad, hands-on exposure to human resources and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful day-to-day activities, employee initiatives, and evolving P&C priorities.
As part of this role, you will gain experience across recruitment, pre-employment, employee lifecycle support, reporting, process improvement, and P&C projects. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships across the organization and develop a strong foundation for a future career in People & Culture.
This role is based out of our Brookfield Office in downtown Calgary, Alberta.
You will join a collaborative People & Culture team that works closely with leaders and employees across SECURE. The Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering teams are focused on delivering a positive employee and candidate experience while supporting the organization’s people and business priorities.
This is an opportunity to learn from experienced P&C professionals, contribute to a wide range of initiatives, and gain practical exposure to how HR supports a growing and evolving organization.
This is a full-time co-op position supporting the People & Culture team. The role offers a professional, team-oriented environment where you will work collaboratively with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, and other areas of P&C.
You will be encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, build relationships, and contribute to meaningful work while developing your professional skills and understanding of the employee lifecycle.
