SECURE is looking for a motivated Student to join our Field Services team in Saskatchewan. This is a hands-on opportunity for a student seeking practical experience in environmental services, waste management, remediation, and field operations while contributing to meaningful work across our Saskatchewan operations.
Throughout the summer, you will work alongside experienced field professionals and support a variety of customer and project needs, from environmental cleanup and waste management to emergency response and remediation. The experience is designed to build your technical, operational, and professional capabilities while providing exposure to potential career paths within SECURE following graduation.
This opportunity is well-suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, learning through hands-on experience, and being part of a safety-focused operations team.
This role is based out of Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
You will work closely with SECURE's Field Services team, Project Managers, and third-party contractors to safely and effectively deliver work for our customers.
Our field environment is collaborative and fast-moving. You'll have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced team members, ask questions, build relationships across the business, and observe how different teams collaborate to deliver safe and effective environmental solutions.
We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, takes initiative, is willing to learn, and can adapt as priorities and project requirements change.
This is a field-based position supporting projects and customer locations throughout Saskatchewan. Work may take place outdoors, in remote locations, and in varying weather conditions.
The role involves travel between job sites, physically demanding activities, and the safe operation of small equipment such as forklifts and pumps. Depending on operational requirements, you may also have the opportunity to support environmental incident response activities.
Because the work we do can change quickly in response to customer and operational needs, flexibility is important. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
Please submit your application by September 25, 2026. Only applicants submitted through SECURE’s career site will be acknowledged. Late submissions will not be accepted.
We thank all candidates for their interest; however, only those selected will be contacted.
