Your Opportunity at SECURE

As our Corporate Accounts Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle. This position collaborates closely with divisional teams and prospective clients to deliver tailored solutions and build lasting partnerships.

A Day in The Life

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
  • Execute a strategic, KPI-driven sales process through structured daily and weekly call planning, leveraging CRM tools to manage and track customer accounts
  • Support on pricing development, proposal development, manage customer agreements (MSAs), and assist with customer account maintenance, including invoicing coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between divisions to identify cross-functional sales opportunities and ensure appropriate follow-up by divisional representatives
  • Deliver regular updates and insights through weekly sales meetings and performance reports
  • Engage with senior management via reports and discussions to share business development progress and pipeline opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and cultivate new relationships
  • Maintain an active presence in relevant industry networks to stay informed and connected
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies across existing service lines
  • Contribute to divisional sales strategy sessions by providing insight and input to support growth initiatives
  • Travel throughout western Canada as needed to support customer engagement and business development efforts
  • Flexibility to be available outside standard business hours on occasion, based on business needs

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • B2B sales experience, with exposure to the Oil & Gas industry or other industrial sectors considered an asset. Strong understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Strong drive to succeed, with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a fast‑paced commercial environment.
  • Proven sales success and an established network within the drilling and completions sector are strong assets
  • Exceptional communication, customer relationship management, and sales skills
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and highly team-oriented
  • Excellent organizational ability with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead discussions and represent the company externally
  • In-depth knowledge of remediation, reclamation, and drilling waste sectors, including relevant industry regulations
  • Demonstrated strength in proposal development and the delivery of compelling, client-focused presentations
