As our Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and executing customer-focused production chemical solutions that are technically sound and commercially competitive.
This role will lead the strategic expansion of SECURE’s Production Chemicals presence across Southeast Saskatchewan and Manitoba, a priority growth region for the organization.
The successful candidate will build market presence from the ground up, developing new customer relationships, increasing regional brand recognition, and capturing untapped market opportunities to position SECURE as a leading production chemical partner in the region.
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, proactive self-starter who combines strong technical knowledge with sharp business acumen. They are skilled at prospecting, consultative selling, and translating customer needs into value-driven solutions.
This position offers a significant opportunity to build, shape, and scale a high-growth territory while directly influencing SECURE’s regional Market Share and long-term success.
