The Lead Operator is responsible for leading the safe and efficient day-to-day operations of the facility, including waste treatment, oil treatment, and water injection. This role provides hands-on supervision and training to Operators, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with SECURE's vision, mission, and values.
The Lead Operator serves as a key point of contact for customers and must demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills. This is a safety-sensitive role, requiring the individual to be mentally and physically fit to perform the duties of the position.
This position works a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with availability to support operational needs as they arise. As the Lead Operator you will oversee our South Grande Prairie Waste Processing Facility.
