As our Senior Well Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and project managing well completion, workover, stimulation, and asset retirement obligation (ARO) projects in collaboration with the Manager of Well Operations & Geology. The role works closely with General Managers, Facility Managers, and Operations teams to troubleshoot disposal well performance, manage water quality initiatives, and optimize injection operations.
This position provides senior-level technical analysis and coordination to support Business Development, Technical Services, Operations Support, Finance, and Regulatory teams, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective well operations across the organization.
