As our Team Lead, Health & Safety You will be responsible for providing health and safety leadership to the HSE Advisor Team and supporting the field operations teams. This support will aid in the development of a front-line-based safety program. This individual will coach and mentor the HSE Team and Operations leadership staff on the implementation and responsibilities of the SECURE HSEMS.
This role can be based out of Calgary, Edmonton or Grande Prairie.
You’ll join a dedicated Health & Safety team that is deeply embedded in the field and works closely with operations leaders to drive a consistent, frontline-focused safety culture. The team values practical problem-solving, open communication, and supporting one another to ensure safe, efficient work across diverse waste management operations.
You’ll be working within SECURE’s Waste Management business, supporting high-activity facilities and field operations that play a critical role in protecting the environment and enabling responsible resource development. This environment is fast-paced, hands-on, and highly collaborative, with strong alignment to SECURE’s commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
