Your Opportunity at SECURE

The Sales Coordinator will work closely with both Corporate and Field Sales teams, providing administrative support throughout the entire sales cycle and assisting in the coordination of sales and marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key point of contact for sales staff and internal partners by managing schedules, sharing updates, and ensuring accurate documentation and information is readily available.

The Team

The Sales Coordinator works in a highly collaborative and fast-paced team environment, partnering closely with both Corporate and Field Sales teams. The group values clear communication, teamwork, and mutual support to achieve shared business goals.

The role operates in a dynamic, detail-oriented setting that blends administrative precision with creative problem-solving. It requires balancing multiple priorities, maintaining organized processes, and adapting quickly to evolving business needs.

A Day in The Life

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, maintaining organized records, and facilitating clear communication of key information
  • Plan and execute industry events – such as trade shows, workshops, and summits – where SECURE is a host or exhibitor, ensuring seamless logistics and brand alignment
  • Draft and distribute professional customer communications, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging
  • Review and verify the accuracy and consistency of all sales-related materials and documentation
  • Support the sales team in preparing responses to RFPs, contract renewals, and other formal sales submissions
  • Track team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and proactively recommend solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Conduct market, geographic, and competitive analysis to support business strategy and growth within existing service lines
  • Manage and route incoming leads and general inquiries from SECURE’s main inbox to appropriate sales representatives or business units
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, standards, and policies
  • Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as required to support the sales function
  • Manage sourcing, purchasing, distribution, and PO processing for promo items, ensuring brand compliance
  • Coordinate client events, trade shows, and internal sales conferences, handling logistics and planning
  • Maintain the Sales KP site, manage access, update materials, and support the creation of new collateral with communications
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for sales initiatives, customer engagement, and ESG metrics
  • Process requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, and cheque requests for sales-related activities

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative, support, or customer service roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proactive and resourceful, with sound judgement and a high level of initiative
  • Positive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
  • Skilled at multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities, and performing under pressure
  • Committed to upholding and promoting a strong safety culture

The following are considered assets in this role:

  • Previous experience in sales or as a Sales Coordinator is an asset
  • Understanding of sales principles, strategies, and service promotion is considered an asset
