The GM, Corporate Sales & Strategy is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to the Manager, Corporate E&P Waste Management and Manager, Hazardous & Industrial Waste Management to ensure the execution of sales and business development strategies. This role directs work, aligns corporate priorities, and ensures that sales leaders have the support, tools, and guidance to drive growth, revenue optimization, and market expansion.
The GM, Corporate Sales & Strategy is responsible for enabling the success of the entire sales organization by providing strategic guidance, pricing frameworks, system efficiencies, and bid proposal expertise. This role ensures the sales team is equipped with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to maintain and drive new revenue growth, enhance customer value, and align with SECURE’s overall business unit objectives.
With a focus on business strategy, sales leadership, and revenue generation, this role ensures that sales initiatives align with SECURE’s broader corporate goals. The GM, Corporate Sales & Strategy plays a key role in shaping market positioning, optimizing pricing structures, and fostering executive-level customer and stakeholder relationships.
