iCIMS is the Human Resources Information System used for all aspects of a candidate’s application and recruitment lifecycle within the company. This statement refers specifically to our use of iCIMS.
What We Collect
SECURE collects personal information that you, as a Candidate, submit through iCIMS. The personal information collected through iCIMS may include your name, contact information, employment and education history, and other details relevant to your application. As you progress through different stages of the application process, additional information may be collected as necessary.
How We Use Your Information
iCIMS serves as the Applicant Tracking System for external and internal candidates. If you are a successful candidate, your external profile will be converted to an internal profile upon joining the company. Your information will only be used for recruitment-related activities and will not be used for marketing, soliciting business, or any non-recruitment-related purposes unless expressly authorized by you. To comply with legal or regulatory obligations or requests, personal information may be disclosed to law enforcement, regulatory, or other government agencies as required.
How We Protect Your Information
SECURE has implemented rigorous technical and administrative measures to ensure that your personal information stored in iCIMS is protected against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to your personal information is restricted to those employees who have a legitimate need to access it in the performance of their duties.
Your Rights
Under PIPA and PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information held by SECURE, subject to certain legal limitations.
